You know the outcome you need. I'll build the system that gets you there.
For founders and operators who want the problem solved - not prototyped.
You have a real operational problem and a workflow that works - just slowly, manually, and expensively. You're not looking for a demo. You're not looking for an MVP to validate an idea. You're looking for something that runs reliably, handles real data, and doesn't need someone stitching it together by hand every time. This is for people who know what the problem costs them.

Best for
Real workflow cost in time, money, or both.
Outcome
Shipped system plus handoff you can run.
- I start with the problem, not the technology. What the workflow looks like right now. What breaks. What takes too long. What would have to be true for this to work reliably at scale.
- Then I build the system that does the job.
- That might be a full SaaS with auth, billing, roles, and an AI layer that does the actual work. Or an agent on a schedule that delivers output without anyone touching it. Or an AI integration in a system you already run. The format follows the problem, not the other way around.
- A system that owns the job. Deployed, documented, and handed over with enough context that you understand what it does and can evolve it without me. If something breaks after handover, you'll know where to look.
- Over-engineered. I use boring, reliable technology that works. No dashboard unless someone actually needs one. No infrastructure that requires a team to maintain. You get something that does the job and stays doing it.
- I take on a small number of these a year. That's what good work takes.
- When the problem is real and the current workflow is a genuine cost - in time, money, or both. If you're not sure whether this is the right solution for what you're dealing with, tell me what you're dealing with and I'll tell you honestly whether it is. Sometimes there's a simpler path. I'll say that too.
I don't quote before I understand what we're actually solving. If there's a simpler path than a full build, I'll say that in the first conversation.
Project-based, scoped after our first conversation. I don't quote before I understand what we're actually solving.
